If you encounter a problem, need help or have a request for information, ask us by sending a support ticket.
Before placing a ticket make sure you have read the faq and/or the wiki page (the wiki page covers in-game topics). If those do not help you solve the problem place a ticked on this page after logging in on or by using your e-mail.
When placing a support ticked please do give us as much information as possible to make it easier to understand the situation.

-Please note: When you have a problem with others in the server or want to appeal? Make sure you give us related player names and date and time (do include your time zone, this might differ with the logged times) of the situation. This making it possible for us to look into our data. Without any information we will not be able to help you.
